A Firefighter’s Thanksgiving
With Thanksgiving this week, we are ready to talk turkey!
If you are a BBQ fan, you are going to love our new BBQ series, which is dedicated to sharing tips and best practices so you can remain a master of the grill.
For episode 1, we visited Station 23 of the San Miguel Fire Department to meet Ron Gilman, a BBQ pitmaster and active firefighter! Ron walks us through the key steps to ensure you have the perfectly smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. He even shares his quick tip for his favorite marinade. Hint…it’s a salad dressing!
