Thank you for putting your lives on the line to save those around you. You run toward the things that other people run away from. You put yourselves in harm’s way every day to keep others safe. Your hard work and bravery is not going unnoticed.

You were there before the pandemic and are front and center even more so now making differences in every person’s life. It is with gratitude and awe that we recognize each and every person who goes to work daily with the goal to help and save lives

You all are amazing human beings.

We offer our deepest sympathies to the families, friends and communities of those we have lost in recent weeks.  May the citizens in the communities they so honorably served come together in kindness and generosity to be the tribute to the sacrifices they made in the line of duty.

We honor their memories, their dedication and their years of service.

The dates for the 2021 United States Police & Fire Championships have officially been scheduled!! Please join us in sunny San Diego June 10-19, 2021.

The team at CPAF and USPFC would like to recognize and THANK all the dedicated athletes who had already committed to participate in the 2020 Championships. Although it was a difficult decision to cancel this year’s Games due to the pandemic, we already had great commitment from our athletes:

• 415 athletes
• From 18 states
• Representing 143 agencies

Last year National University unveiled its Public Safety Promise which offers ALL Public Safety personnel, sworn and non-sworn, a 25% Tuition Scholarship for over 75 flexible degree programs. Students can take one 30-day class or work towards an Associate, Bachelor or Master’s Degree. Courses are offered in a unique four-week format, on campus, online, or through a hybrid combination. In addition, students might be eligible to receive credit for prior learning. NU expanded its 25% Tuition Scholarship to include spouses and dependents as well if enrolled by June 30.

June is LGBT Pride Month and the California Police Athletic Federation and United States Police & Fire Championships would like to honor and salute all LGBTQ+ members of the public safety and first responder communities.

The 2020 United States Police & Fire Championships would have officially started this week. Since you won’t be joining us in San Diego this year, we would like to take this time to get to know our athletes. Below are a few simple questions we would like you to answer for us. Return those answers and a picture and we will pick a different athlete each week to highlight on our Social Media Platforms.
